Observation

At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, multiple staff did not have blood borne pathogens training available for review or in MERIT. At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, multiple staff did not have first aid or CPR trainings available for review or in MERIT. At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, multiple staff that were working and serving food did not have a current food handlers cards for review or in MERIT. At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, multiple staff that had been hired for more than three months did not have childcare basics completed in MERIT.
