Observation

Storage rooms were all unlocked and these rooms were accessible to children. The Center's laundry room had a strong odor of bleach which the Director reports is unusual. The room did not have an audible fan noise so it is uncertain if it is functional. Director reports that this is not the room in which the sanitizing bleach spray is mixed so she is unsure what happened today.
