3)c)i) In the older toddler room (2 year olds) there were several containers and tubes of medicated diaper rash ointment in the bins inside the cabinet under the diapering station. The cabinet was not secured or locked at the time of inspection. The diapering station is in the bathroom used by the children and is accessible to them.
