2)c) There was a USB cord to a bubble machine on a low shelf in the Two's (mixed-age) classroom that was accessible to children. The cord was removed immediately when noted. 2)d) There was a plastic bag hanging in a child's cubby in the young toddler room that was accessible to children. The plastic bag was removed immediately.
