During the onsite visit, licensor Anita Stewart observed staff files and electronic workforce registry, multiple staff missing verification of food handlers permit, basic childcare/school age training, blood born pathogen training, cpr, first aid training, medication management training, experiencing homelessness training, prevention of child abuse and neglect training and emergency preparedness training.
