Update MERIT with current information and certifications for BBP, TB, CPR. First Aid and Food Handlers for all staff attached to the site. Staff files reviewed were missing documentation of current Food Handler's Card (Lisa and Kat) Staff (Tamara and Kiersten) are both missing documentation of Basic STARS hours. Tamara and Kiersten did not have documentation of 110-301-0106 trainings via the DCYF website (Child Abuse and Neglect, Emergency Preparedness, Children Experiencing Homelessness, and Medication Management). Staff are missing documentation of professional BBP training.Professional BBP training is required yearly.
