Observation

Staff member, M.H.C did not have a PBC. No application has been received for them. When the licensor was conducting the visit and finishing up on files M.H.C. arrived for their shift was not attached to the MERIT account. M.H.C. is also not one of the files the licensor reviewed. Upon preparing to attach them to the account it was discovered the M.H.C did not have a PBC. Licensor notified the director on 3/28/2024 and informed her that the staff did not have a PBC and could not be on the premises until cleared.
