1)c)i) There are two care plans on file for a child with a special dietary requirement due to a health condition. The plans have different instructions, with one care plan naming a medication to be given which is not on site, and the other plan stating that no medication is needed. Both plans are signed by the health care provider so it is not clear whether medication is needed or not.
