1)c) The individual care plan for a child's food allergy has a food preference listed as well. The symptoms and treatment plan specific to the food allergy is not clear since the form includes a food preference. The food preference should be on a separate form. A more detailed treatment plan is needed for the food allergy 1)c) The individual care plan for another child's food allergy is in need of more information regarding the medications to be dispensed and steps to take (treatment plan) if child has symptoms.
