Observation

At the time of this inspection, licensor observed the location of emergency medical information for children and staff was not posted to state the specific nature of the documents. The provider had the location labeled as "child files," which does not accurately indicate the location of emergency medical information for children and staff. Licensor observed "no smoking" signs were posted indoors. TA provided to relocate these signs to the exterior of the building where they are visible to the public.
