Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit the bathroom had a medicaine cabinet aboove the sink that has multipule items that say keep out of reach of children to include a variety of non perscription medications. There was a shelf just above the bathroom sink with mouthwash accessible to children. There was a can of spray Glade on the back of the toilet in the bathroom. The bottom cabinet below the bathroom sink has a container of oxeymed anti-itch spray for pets. There is a cabinet in the bathroom that has a variety of items that say keep out of reach of children as well as a lighter and this cabinet had a child safety latch that that was not latched making it accessible to children and a staff member locked safety latch at the time of the site visit.
