Observation

WAC 110-300-0166(3)(c): At the time of the site visit the emergency exit going out the back door was blocked by a baby gate. The pathway ramp going out the backdoor emergency exit trhough the garage was partially blocked by a row of chairs that took up a large space on the ramp leading out of the home. The provider did remove the baby gate at the time of the site visit.
