Observation

1)a) The kitchen was left unlocked with the key in the lock and the door slightly ajar for about the first half hour of the afternoon program. There are toxic products in the kitchen that were accessible to children during this time. 1)c) There was a spray bottle in the kitchen that was not clearly labeled with the name of the product and the word poison or toxic. It appeared to be dish soap and water, but contents were not certain.
