1)c)ii)iii)iv) There are two food allergy plans that need additional information regarding the treatment plan for the school-age provider to follow in response to an allergic reaction. The plans are missing the dosages for medications, directions for how to administer medications, and when to give medications based on symptoms or exposure. 2) One child's food allergy plan has a medication listed that is not available on site.
