5)c) There is an extension cord in use on an ongoing, permanent basis. Electronics on a high shelf are plugged in to a power strip/surge protector that does not have a cord long enough to reach an electrical outlet, so the surge protector is plugged in to an extension cord leading to the outlet. 5)e) The GFCI outlets in the bathrooms used by children are accessible and do not appear to be tamper resistant.
