Observation

1)a) The storage room in the cafeteria has toxic products such as bleach water, Waxie 730 HP disinfectant, and hygiene products such as hair gels, mousse, and other hair styling products, some of which that have warning labels requiring them to be accessible to children. The room was not locked, so these items were accessible to children. This issue was corrected immediately today by locking the storage room door. 1)b) There are spray bottles of cleaning and disinfecting products stored hanging from the shelves where the food is stored. They are not separate and apart from food items. This issue was corrected immediately today by moving the toxic products away from the food. 3) The storage room was not locked and was accessible to children. There is a magnet in use to prevent the door from locking automatically when it closes. This was addressed immediately today, the door was locked.
