Observation

1) Two children with a food allergy identified in their health information did not have an Individual Care Plan identifying the food allergy, treatment plan, medication, or describing allergic reactions and symptoms associated with the food allergy. One of the children had emergency medication on site, the other did not have any medication on site but the health information on the registration indicates that the child does take medication. It is not clear whether or not it is for the food allergy. 4) Food allergy plans for 3 children did not have documentation of staff having reviewed each plan prior to serving food to children.
