110-300-0165(2)(d) - Licensor observed plastic bag coverings containg diapers and napkins accessible to children in an unlocked closet. 110-300-0165(4)(e) - Licensor measured the water temperature from the bathroom sink to be greater than 120 degrees. Water temperature was measured at 123 degrees. 110-300-0165(5)(a) - Licensor observed that all the visible electrical outlets in the licensed areas are not tamper resistant or covered by blank plates or other tamper-resistant covers appropriate to the electrical outlet
