3g) several vent covers in the classrooms were seen to be rusted. A board on the shed in the beetles playground is seen to be splintering, cracked and have chipping paint. The sandbox cover in the caterpillar playground is freying due to rips. 3d) The wooden playhouse in the caterpillar yard was seen to have gaps between wooden slats greater than 3.5 inches and less than 9" posing an entrapement hazard.
