Observation

1)a) On 7/28/2023, there was a container of disinfecting wipes in the bathroom cabinet under the sink that was accessible to children. There was a spray can of air freshener on the mantle in the living room that could be reached by a child as there were chairs nearby. There was a pump bottle of hand sanitizer on the window sill that was accessible to children in care. 2)a)b) On 7/28/2023, the rooms and closets in the hallway upstairs were accessible to children and some did not have locking doors or other methods to prevent child access. 5) On 7/28/2023, there was a shop vacuum in the kitchen and a stick vacuum in the upper level play room accessible to children.
