Observation

Observed in Monkey room: chipping paint on windowsills and window frame accessible to children; lots of dust on the fan; worn out cabinet doors under diaper table posing finger pinching hazard. Koala room: outlet by fish tank was missing half of the outlet cover plate. Dinosaur room: hand washing sink needs calking to ensure surface is moist impervious and easily cleanable. Square area rug has frayed edges. Open play room: blue mat was torn in the cracks and not easily cleanable.
