110-300-0165(2)(d): Plastic bags were observed to be accessible to children under the sink in classroom #5. 110-300-0165(4)(f): It was observed that the stairway leading to the classroom from the upper playground had a 5-inch gap under each step and a 4.5-inch gap between the lower part of the deck and the ground on the right side of the stairway.
