0166(3)(b) During the visit, Licensor observed the front exit door to be locked during business hours. Provider corrected immediately. 0166(3)(c) During the visit, Licensor observed the exit door in the main childcare space to be partially blocked by a childs walker/bouncer and a bin of toys. Provider corrected immediately and removed items.
