0165(2)(c): At the time of inspection, it was observed that a phone charger wire and the water machine wire was loose and can form a loop accessible to children. 0165(3)(c): At the time of inspection, it was observed that the baby gate to kitchen is broken which made the kitchen accesssible to children. 0165(3)(g): At the time of inspection, it was observed that there were flaking paints, exposed wood on the bottom of the wall by bathroom and kitchen area accessible to children. 0165(4)(e): At the time of inspection, it was observed that the bathroom sink water temperature was 142.9.
