Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit there was a pump container of hand sanitizer on a lower shelf that was accessible to the children. The upper shelf on the printer stand, which is low enough to be accessible to chidlren had a bed bath and beyond perfume spray bottle, a can of glade spray, and lotion on it. There was a lower shelf in the living room area that had the bleach solution spray bottle sitting on top of it. WAC 110-300-0260(5): At the time of the site visit there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the living room area next to the child sized are desk.
