Assistant, F.H did not have documenation of CPR/First Aid in her file Assistant A.G did not have documentation of current Food Worker card in his file. Assistant A.G. has expired Safe Sleep Training and provider, R.B's Safe Sleep is self-entered and not verified. Provider will need to follow up to find out why class is not correctly noted in the system. Certificate was observed in the file.
