110-300-0165(2)(f) - the sliding glass door leading to the outside had no stickers or art work placed on it to prevent children to walk into. 110-300-0165(4)(f) - upon entering the facility licensor observed stairways with walls on both sides. No handrail was installed. 110-300-0165(5)(a) - outlets observed in the day care were not tamper-resistant. 110-300-0165(2)(b) - the window blinds with pull cords and inner cords were observed in two rooms.
