Observation

Provider was not able to monitor the breathing of an 8-month old child because he was sleeping in a car seat and the car seat was covered with a blanket. An 8-month old infant was asleep inside a car seat when the monitoring visit began. Provider stated the child had been asleep for at least 15 minutes inside the car seat.
