Observation

A four year old child washed his hands independently in the bathroom. His height allows him to have access to the plastic gloves stored on top of the washing machine/dryer in the bathroom. Window decals are in place on the sliding glass door but they are not placed at child level. Stairs are accessible to children and a crawling infant and toddler were in care today.
