The provider quickly removed the cord during monitor visit. 0165(2)(d) There were some plastic bags in the arts and crafts items and in the kitchen area. The provider quickly removed all the plastics during the monitor visit. 0165(3)(f) There was one new cubbies cabinet that was not securely anchored in the main area.
