Observation

Provider had many cables from TV, WIFI box, and lamp that were observed not attached to the wall creating a hazard for children. A bush with thorns was observed to be in outdoor space and accessible to children. Provider had a freezer outside on porch area that was observed to be accessible to children with no lock. Provider's outlets in licensed areas were not tamper-resistant. Provider's bathroom outlet was GCFI, but not tamper-resistant.
