Observation

Curtains located by the pack N' play area were observed to pose a suffocation hazard at the time of inspection. Water temperature was measured at 129.9 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. Outlets by the sink in the kitchen area was observed to be non tamper-resistant and GFCI (Kitchen area was observed to be accessible to children at the time of inspection). Electrical devices by the sink in the kitchen was observed to be plugged into an electrical outlet (Kitchen area was observed to be accesible to children at the time of inspection).
