Observation

Gate that leads to unlicensed space has been observed my licensor. Gate has self-closing and self-latching mechanisms, however, self-latching mechanism is broken. The screw that holds latch up appears to be missing. Barrier provided to keep children from entering the back section of the yard (meant to be unlicensed) is not fully enclosed to be made inaccessible; small section to the right of the yard is open.
