Licensor observed a roll of plastic bags in bathroom space used for children. Bags were observed under sink cabinet. Cabinet was observed to have a baby lock, but baby lock ws too loose, causing a big enough opening for a child's hand to reach inside. Dispute Description: Bag was removed
