Observation

Food and chemical stored observed together on the kitchen counters. Lawn mower observed in childcare outdoor area, toilet brush observed in the bathroom. There was area of flooring does not have laminate, the laminate is missing. Storage room with water heater was open, area was accessible to childcare children. Hazardous materials accessible to children in multiple places. Multiple items labeled "keep out reach of children" accessible to children, including in the bathroom and kitchen.
