0165(2)(d) There were some plastic Ziploc bags with toys on toy shelves and in the closed closet in licensed room during the monitor visit. Habían unas bolsas de ziploc con juguetes y el closet del cuarto de la licencia durante la visita. 0165(3)(c) There was a broken bike seat and steer handles missing outside licensed area during the monitor visit. Había una bicicleta que tenía las agarraderas que le faltaban el plástico y el asiento estaba quebrado de la bicicleta durante la visita.
