Observation

Staff information was not present in MERIT. Staff TB test date, Food Handler's date, CPR/First Aid and BBP has to be entered into the system. Staff are also required to submit their highschool diploma and/or college transcripts to MERIT. Staff were also missing documentation from their file of their emergency contact information and MMR date. Staff did not have documentation of training per WAC 110-300-0110.
