Observation

0165(5)(a) - Outlet in toddler room(2) must be tamper resistant. 0165(5)(a) - Outlet in preschool room (2) must be tamper resistant. 0165(5)(b) - Outlet in bathroom is GFCI but not tamper resistant. Must be both or can be covered with a blank plate. 0165(3)(e) - Water hoses(2) laying on ground outside are tripping hazards. 0165(3)(f) - Diaper changing tables in the infant and todller rooms are tipping hazards as the wheels don't lock.
