Observation

Plastic safety caps were observed to be used on the outlets that could post a choking hazard at the time of inspection. Washer and dryer were acccessible to children and could post entrapment hazard at the time of inspection. Outlets were not tamper-resistant, covered by plank plates or other tamper-resistant covers appropriate to the electricial outlets at the time of inspection.
