Site Coordinator Erin Simmons has not completed Child Care Basics. She also does not have an educational exemption or any education in MERIT. She was working in an unsupervised capacity today with 13 children. Evan P. was in ratio today due to there being 33-32 children. He does not have Child Care Basics, nor has completed any of the federally required trainings.
