Observation

An iron (not on) was accessible to the children on a rolling shelf in the licensed space. This licensor observed that the kitchen was unlocked today. Apparently a new cook began working today. Simmons asked the custodian to lock the kitchen and she did so immediately. A microwave is stored on top of the refrigerator in the licensed space and presents as a falling hazard.
