Expired medications observed. 2 epi pens both expired with different dates and no prescription box present. out of 3 inhalers, 2 are expired with no perscription box, 1 still current, expires 5/28/2022. A child with a food allergy that requires an epi pen, has no individual care plan or signed parent consent to give the medication. No individual care plan on record for a child with an idenfitied allegy on health history.
