At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, the three first aid kits were on a cart/floor in the children's play area of the cafeteria, accessible to children. At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, the first aid kit had a lot of used supplies strewn throughout the first aid kit, with a lot of supplies kept in a non-clan/sanitary way.
