At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, there were two inhalers and one low blood sugar nasal spray that were in the first aid kit without a medication authorization, or the child's information on the label with directions from the provider. At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, two inhalers and one low blood sugar nasal spray were accessible to kids in the first aid kit.
