Observation

3) Two children were observed behind the dumpster and near the entrance door while they were playing outside. The staff were on the other end of the playground, far from the area these two children were, unable to see them and unaware they were there and what they were doing. Licensor asked the boys is they were supposed to be there and they ran off back towards the playground when it appeared Jenn noticed they had seperated from the group. 5) The doors are not heard to open to prevent children from leaving unsupervised.
