Observation

There is a child on site with an epi pen and none of the providers working today have completed the DCYF Medication Management and Administration Course. There is also no verification on site that these providers have completed an orientation on the YMCA's policies and procedures regarding medication. A child who has an epi pen on site does not have a medication authorization form for this epi pen in her child file or stored with the medication.
