V.L. was observed feeding food to children and he acknowledged that he had not reviewed a child's individual care plan who has an allergy to all nuts. Benadryl is referenced as part of this child's allergy response plan on the individual care plan, and there is a medicaiton authorization form for it on site. However, Benadryl for the child is not on site according to E.K.
