Providers A.M., V.L., E.K. and H.S. are working today at this site and none of them are listed on this site's facility The providers did not know where staff files were on site and there were no staff files on the shelf labeled "staff files". Director Michelle Pitzer did bring the files at the end of my inspection so I did not have an opportunity to review them thoroughly.
