Observation

2)c) There were several cords that were loose and accessible to children in the living room and one lamp cord in the bathroom. 2)d) There were plastic bags of diapers in a cabinet in the bathroom that was accessible to children. Some of the bags were opened with some diapers removed. The plastic bags pose a suffocation hazard. 3)b) An electric fireplace was in use in the living room and the hot vent was accessible to children, posing a burn hazard. 5)e) There was a power strip/surge protector under one of the end tables in the living room. It was accessible to children.
