0165 (2)(c) The pre-school room has cords that are connected to power cord near the cabinet, nearest the door that could form a loop that are not made inaccessible to children. 0165 (2)(d) Toddler room had a plastic bag under the changing table in the cabinet that is not locked that was not inaccessible to chidren. ( Bag was removed while licensor was on site).
